This resource is designed to provide all the information you need to successfully navigate the returns process and ensure your request is handled promptly and efficiently. By following the guidelines outlined here, you can help us expedite your return processing and get you back on track with a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

To facilitate the identification of returned packages at our warehouse, customers must include the packing list within the returning package. If the packing list is unavailable, customers should legibly write their full name as it appears on the order information, along with their order number and the product name of the item they are returning on a piece of paper, and securely place it inside the package. This ensures swift and accurate processing of returns and refunds upon receipt at our facility.

Packing Slip

The packing slip is the document that was included with your order when it was shipped, and it contains key details like your order number, order date, the items purchased, and shipping information.

SKU Sticker Label

You will find this sticker on the packaging of each of your item(s). This label provides the product identification information that you need to reference when making a return or exchange. The sticker includes the SKU as well as a barcode. This information will help us quickly identify the specific product you are returning or exchanging.
