Refund for Labelled or Shipped Orders
Customers must wait for the item to arrive and initiate a return as per our Return Policy before a refund can be processed. Once the item is received, you can then start the return process as outlined in our Return Policy.
Refunds for Returned Items
Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, we will process your refund. To ensure the fastest possible processing, please provide us with the Return Tracking Number.
The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the credit to appear in your account will depend on your financial institution's processing timeframe.
Refunds for Shipping and Tax Fees
Refunds do not include any shipping and tax fees listed on the invoice, except in cases where the order has not yet shipped or due to unforeseen faulty service.
