Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Once the order has been processed or assigned a Tracking Number, it can no longer be canceled.

Late Cancellations:

If you request to cancel an order after it has been processed or shipped, we will treat this as a return. Please refer to our return policy for instructions on how to return the product and initiate a refund, if eligible.
