Shipping Policy

Shipping your order efficiently and transparently is a top priority for us. In this policy, we outline our standard shipping procedures, timelines, and notification processes to ensure you have a seamless delivery experience.

From order processing to package tracking, we'll cover all the key details you need to know about how your purchase will reach your doorstep.

Order Processing

Our system generates a label and assigns a tracking number for each order within 24 hours of the order being placed (may exclude weekends and holidays).

Warehouse Fulfillment

Our warehouses are mandated to prepare and dispatch orders within 2 business days from the label creation date, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. The label creation date is defined as the date when your order receives its Tracking Number.

Customer Notification of Shipment

You will receive a Fulfillment Confirmation Email confirming that your order has been processed and prepared at the warehouse. This email will contain your tracking information, a link to track your order, and a summary of your order details, allowing you to monitor the shipment and delivery status.

Carrier Pick Up

"Carrier Pick Up" refers to the process where the shipping carrier arrives at our warehouse to collect the packages that have been prepared for shipment. Once your order is packed and ready, the carrier comes to our facility to pick up the packages and begin the delivery process to your specified address. This step ensures that your package is on its way to you as soon as possible after it has been prepared for shipping. After the carrier picks up your package and scans it at their facility, you can track its journey using the Tracking Number provided in your Fulfillment Confirmation Email.

Potential Shipment Interruptions

We courteously ask our customers to consider potential shipment interruptions when they arise. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. With this, shipping costs are non-refundable, except for faulty-service reasons such as shipping delays caused by warehouse operations or inventory issues. We do not offer refunds due to non-faulty circumstances causing shipping delays such as weather conditions, peak periods, pandemic restrictions, scanning of parcels from sorting facilities, etc. All shipping fee refunds are subject to careful review and investigation.
